The Show-Me Outdoor Fest BBQ Cook-Off brings real smoke, real competition, and real outdoor cooking to the heart of Missouri.

Hosted on a 120-acre rock quarry just north of Warrensburg, this backyard-style competition features three core categories:

• Chicken Wings

• Pork Butt

• Ribs

Plus a side pot:

• Wild Game (Anything goes—deer, elk, and more)

All teams cook on-site, and entries are blind judged on appearance, taste, and tenderness.
